Picked up my new 2026 Equinox. Paul McAllister was on top of all the details; he was especially helpful in getting the "my chevrolet" app updated on my iphone. He had worked hard to find the Equinox exactly to my specs and had it ready exactly when he predicted. Paul was always responsive to my texts/calls/emails. I have now dealt with three different sales consultants at Savoie over the years and have never had a bad experience.

My oil change was free and my car was washed. Great visit.

I called Patrick Lepoudre in the service department, and made an appointment for 8am and was serviced upon my arrival. The radio antenna on my 2020 Malibu proved to be defective. After driving my car for a couple of months, on October 13, 2023, with 11650 miles on my car, I took my car in for service, but the problem was not solved. On May 14, this year the problem was solved and the replacement antenna was ordered.

Happy with the process that is in place to get a loaner car. The gal responsible for the loaners was AMAZING to work with also! Paul is always attentive. He listens to why the vehicle is brought in, communicates very clearly and contacted me with updates. My only recommendation is that I really need a heads up the day before the vehicle would be done so I am able to pick it up after work. Although I greatly appreciate he lets me know it is done and ready to be picked up, I would appreciate heads up the day before it will be done (if possible). Just my thought, but I have no complaints about Paul!

I made an appointment at around 9 am for Noon. I was (happily) surprised how many appointments the had left. When I arrived I was helped by Paul V. He was incredibly helpful! I was a little bummed that I was unable to get a loaner, but I totally understand that I'm not the only one who needed one. I was able to get a ride back home in one of the shuttles. I was expecting my service to take overnight, but happily it only took 4 hours! 11/10 recommend! Nice people all around!

Ok, the engine in my 2016 Cruze was running in low power mode. So I had it towed in. The technician found a purge valve was stuck open and the turbo sensor was malfunctioning. Both those items were replaced and I picked it up the following day. Works fine now, oh and I had a loaner while it was being repaired, which ment I could go to work. Love it !!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. My Chevy Colorado has only 20k miles and is still under warranty. One of the front brake pads wore down prematurely, while the other front pad and both rear pads were in normal condition. Despite this obvious irregularity, the service department dismissed it as “normal wear” and charged me an $190 inspection fee. Anyone with basic automotive knowledge would recognize that uneven brake wear like this is not normal, it’s a sign of a potential manufacturing defect or caliper issue. Yet the dealership refused to take responsibility, hiding behind the “normal wear” excuse to avoid covering it under warranty. Our family has always owned and leased GM vehicles and relied on GM-certified dealerships, but this experience was by far the most disappointing. I’ve already shared this with our extended family, and none of us will be returning. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like a loyal customer was taken advantage of. I expected better from a GM dealership.

Sydney tried to sell me a battery I did not need. She said it was at 11.75 volts but when I checked it was at 12.6. I also went to advance auto parts and the measured it at 12.7. When I arrived for my appointment I showed Sydney a $20 coupon I had towards an oil change. She said she would have to run it by mgt. when my car was done she then told me coupon was not valid. I asked to speak to service mgr but all I got was run around and excuses. I purchased my car from Mike savoie and have always had it serviced there. Unfortunately I won’t be back to Mike savoie for service. Emails to business mgr and service mgr have gone unanswered. They used to run a great operation but no longer. Can no longer trust Mike savoie

I was at your dealership on Monday (6/9) for a regular oil change. During the work, your technician told me that my engine air filter is dirty and needs to be replaced. I asked him to put it back, and I will do it myself. On Saturday, when I went to replace the filter, the filter housing bolts were loose. Your technician used the wrong size phillip screwdriver to open the four bolts, and metal from the screw head was coming off. Moreover, one screw is totally free now as someone installed it with very high torque. My car is still under warranty. I cannot accept this type of maintenance work on a very simple and basic task. I tried to call your service manager, Craig, multiple times today; however, I couldn't talk to him. I left him a message this morning but haven't received a response yet. I am maintaining your car at your dealership, and someone screwed up badly with a very basic maintenance task. I tried to connect with someone who can help me fix the issue caused at the dealership, but I have not received a response yet.

The servce advisors were very informative and helpful. My only complaint is I couldn't find any discounts on the oil change / rotate / inspect package. This is the first time none appeared to be available. In the past, I have had advisors apply some sort of discount. Now that my vehicle is out of extended warranty, I will probably be taking it to a independent shop for maintenance. I feel $99 is too much for that service.

Sydney and Taj (not sure how to spell his name) went above and beyond to take care of my car for the oil change and then an issue I was having with car play. They were great.

I use them for my oil changes because there is no hassle. They always get me in on time and out quickly.

Mary Ann Parrish and Tahj Beavers were the Mike Savoie team members I met, and they were both very helpful. Tahj did a good job of explaining what the problem was and how it could be repaired, and called me when he said he would. Mary Ann made the process of taking out a loaner car easy to understand, which I appreciated, since it had been several years since I'd done that). She also adjusted the car's seat to be comfortable for me, and rode along while I drove it around the parking lot to be sure I knew where the controls were and how to use them. I was very pleased to meet them both, and happy that they didn't make me feel stupid.

My car was not repaired, knowing that it was under insurance, under the pretext that it does not cover it, as they said that perhaps someone tried to hit it, knowing that I had the same car, model 2019, and I had the same problem and it was repaired, but without a dealer, even if I paid something, but in this country the fault was not repaired, and I paid $190 for labor

I brought my car for an oil change only. I did not want to get two new tire psi sensors. However, they made sure to reset them so I am forced to. However, I did not. So, I had two out of four sensors showing available. When I got my car back I had none showing. I was not happy about that at all. I had to come back up to the dealer for them to tell me it’s nothing they can do. They did not inform me that none of my sensors was working now. I found out on my own. I spoke with the manager and he was no help either. I will not be returning to this dealership service department.

I get wonderful service in a timely manner at a competitive price.

Eric Murphy, our sales associate was very attentive, and was not pushy at all. The paperwork process was also flawless.

My wife stated the service was excellent but after rotating my tires they did not reprogram the tire pressure sensors. So we had to take it to another dealer to have it done. It was just a little bit of an inconvenience.

I dropped my car off on the weekend. Left my keys in the dropbox and filled out the paperwork. Monday morning. I was called and told what the problem was and given an estimate. I gave my permission to start the repair and by 2 PM Monday afternoon my car was ready for pick upexcellent service.

This is my 3rd lease of an Equinox at Mike Savoie Chevrolet. Karen Meyerhoff has been my salesperson on the past 2. On both leases she has provided excellent service. She reached out to me as my lease was getting close to ending- helped me determine whether to buy out my current lease or get a new one.She worked hard to see that I found the car I wanted, kept me informed on next steps. She's very personable- a pleasure doing business with. I drove out of the dealership in my new blackout Equinox a very happy customer.

I went in before 4th of July because my car was making noise. I paid $190 to have it looked at. Then I was given three options. Remove the heat shield above the exhaust completely for $190 more, add clamps for $250 or replace the whole part for $1700. I asked if I could take the car home and think about it because I wasn’t sure what to do. They said I’d be charged another $190 if I left and came back. I took it home, put it up on risers and pulled the broken part right out. It wasn’t welded or screwed down it was literally just sitting there. I have since ordered the part online for $30. I’ve always come here to get my car serviced or fixed, my brothers friends with the owner and I’m sorry but those were three very different options with awful prices on a lease that’s up next month. I should have at least been given the weekend to think about it.

He was ready and waiting when i got to the service dept and treated me by name without needing to ask who i was. He also communicated when my car would be ready and was waiting to meet me when I walked back in to get my car. Thank you Paul.

Turned in my lease a month early to upgrade! The process was quick and simple with my salesman, Eric Murphy. Unfortunately, after the paperwork was signed, and he was showing my husband and I the new features the check engine light came on. Eric quickly got it scanned for diagnostics and the service team squeezed us in the next morning. The manager, Jessica, guaranteed our vehicle would be back to us within 24 hours. I had it back within 5! Eric Murphy even gave me a call back the next day apologizing, again, for the unforeseen incident, but everything was made right by everyone involved. Thank you, Mike Savoie Team!! This is why I refer so many people to this business. Before leasing here, I leased else where that wont be named (rhymes with ward), and was never treated with kindness and empathy to certain situations. Thank you, all!!

It would just be nice if things were explained a little better. It seemed like a hassle to go thru the whole process of getting a loaner car when I was home an hour and got a call that my car was done - sort of. I was told I would receive a call the next day to confirm. Which I did not. I had to call to see if I could pick up my car. And my windshield washer fluid was not refilled w/ my oil change. I thought all fluids were topped off.

I have a new Chevrolet traverse. I tried to get it in at Fox Chevrolet and they took two weeks for an appointment and this is my first oil change and it was getting pretty low like 13% and I didn’t wanna wait that long because I didn’t know how close the percentage would be so I called you and you got me in right away. At fox I usually wait an hour for an oil change you guys took 20 minutes. I really appreciate the work you did for me. So my 2016 Chevy Cruze has over 200,000 miles on it, and every now and then something on it will need to be repaired. When that happens I drop it off at the Mike Savoie service department, and they handle it. From the service advisers to the technicians that do the repairs, everything is top notch!

It was absolutely excellent and amazing customer service and care. Unlike Buff Whelan in Sterling Heights, which makes you feel like a number, Mike Savoie does not. Not to mention that the waiting area is much better at Mike Savoie. I drive past Buff Whelan to just come to Mike Savoie.

I don't like how you don't walk out with a copy of all the paperwork you signed. Also, keeping the paperwork to "mail later" makes me think you are altering it which makes me not trust the process. The dealership willingly and knowingly sent me off in my new car without a copy of the vehicle registration which is required by law to have. So they knowingly let me break the law and risk me getting a ticket. This is bad business. I had to demand a copy of the paperwork registration and go back and get it. I was given "what I'm allowed to copy" from the salesmen, which also is concerning because why not a copy of everything? Seems shady again.

I was told the service would take 1 day and it took 1.5 days. I had just had a car wash 2 days prior and my car was returned with a dirty front windshield from buildup on the sides of the glass from someone having used the window washing fluid. Also there appeared to be what looked like a smudge of oil on my exterior roof panel above the driver side window. I did appreciate having access to a shuttle though and everyone I dealt with was very friendly.

In and out in 35 minutes, and Paul had two items corrected in addition to oil change etc. Amazing service

Two Points: Two Points: a. After the service done, Tyre Pressure was not checked even though they did inform that all the 14 point inspection was completed. This was disappointment and now I cannot believe if they are doing the other points, I'm not sure. b. I had coupons from another dealer (from where I bought the vehicle), but I have only been doing service with this current dealer. However, this dealer does not want to show any sincerity to my commitment to the same dealer.

Quick, easy process, with a great price

I received an email advertising the oil change for a dealership special of $89.95. When I checked in, I was told it would be $99 and when I questioned it, I was told it was because of disposal fee and tax. When I received my detailed itemized bill the disposal fee is only $2.95 and the tax was also under three dollars. Those numbers didn’t add up to an additional $10. I don’t mind paying whatever the fee is however I felt like I was mislead

My Traverse was in service for a week. They handled the situation perfectly. The loaner was ready when I arrived, Cindy called me every day with an update. They turned what could have been a big inconvenience into a positive experience.

Even personnel that were not involved in doing the maintenance on my car, but were super friendly! One woman went out of her way to help me when I was trying to buy a pop out the vending machine. It was also nice to see my salesman Jeff Cideko whom I have bought several cars over the years and the main reason I came to the dealership.

I had an appointment to bring my car in on a Monday. The car didn't even get looked at until Wednesday. If you don't have time to look at a vehicle to do an initial analysis, don't have people bring it in. I also had to call for updates instead of proactive updates.

Not thrilled with the multi point inspection report. All black and gray. Not helpful. Can't tell green from red. Also can't believe brake inspection is not included. At least pad wear should be reported.

The young woman who greeted me in the service department went right to work checking all the information on my Chevrolet Trailblazer with her diagnostic tool and confirmed my request for my first oil change on my vehicle. I believe her name is Ashley and she said she was new in the service department and really enjoyed working in the service area of the dealership. I told her she was a great addition to the service area and presented a good GM face to the public. I wished her good luck on her new position.
