Oil Change and rotations went without an issue - in fact, I was surprised how quickly my car was ready. A couple of things - upon leaving my glove box was on the floor (apparently my interior air filter was checked but the box was not reinstalled - I turned around and the box was reinstalled at the dealership. The dealership is not good at providing the multipoint inspection. In the past getting it was an off and on thing. On this visit, I asked about it when paying my bill (there was no hard copy) and was told that I would receive it via email. I never received the inspection.

Collin at Mike Savoie was very helpful with the choice of my next EV lease. I had gone into the dealership just to look around but by the end of my visit I'd already decided what I wanted and couldn't wait to get into a new vehicle even though I still had another month left on my current lease car. Five stars.

Very quick...very friendly

Took 6 weeks to schedule for a check engine light due to purge pump. Was told it would take 5 days to diagnose and no loaners were available. Good thing is it was repaired in 2 days. During the 6 weeks I could not use remote start and its winter.

I received an email advertising the oil change for a dealership special of $89.95. When I checked in, I was told it would be $99 and when I questioned it, I was told it was because of disposal fee and tax. When I received my detailed itemized bill the disposal fee is only $2.95 and the tax was also under three dollars. Those numbers didn’t add up to an additional $10. I don’t mind paying whatever the fee is however I felt like I was mislead

It was great

My Traverse was in service for a week. They handled the situation perfectly. The loaner was ready when I arrived, Cindy called me every day with an update. They turned what could have been a big inconvenience into a positive experience.

Everyone was great! I am really impressed with the thorough job that they did. I was also impressed with the operator who answered when I was running late. Even personnel that were not involved in doing the maintenance on my car, but were super friendly! One woman went out of her way to help me when I was trying to buy a pop out the vending machine. It was also nice to see my salesman Jeff Cideko whom I have bought several cars over the years and the main reason I came to the dealership.

Brought my car in for an hour change, which was not completed. Also bought my car in for the CE display, which has been intermittent which they did not fix as well. Not to mention didn’t call when my car was ready. Customer service is really gone down.

Not thrilled with the multi point inspection report. All black and gray. Not helpful. Can't tell green from red. Also can't believe brake inspection is not included. At least pad wear should be reported.

I had an appointment to bring my car in on a Monday. The car didn't even get looked at until Wednesday. If you don't have time to look at a vehicle to do an initial analysis, don't have people bring it in. I also had to call for updates instead of proactive updates.

After many years of buying from this dealership and the same salesman, he broke my trust by writing the paperwork for a different amount then we agreed upon. I signed the papers without realizing it. I noticed minutes after pushing send on the electronic forms and brought it to his attention, including showing him the texts with the agreed upon price. No apology was given, only stuttering lies about miscommunication. I accept my role in not reading what i am signing. Lesson learned. But shame on him! The car is beautiful and I am trying to not let the shady salesman affect my love for the vehicle.

Great professionals at Mike Savoei I have leased my last 3 equinox in Mike Savoei and I’ll continue to do the same in the future Paul McAllister found again the car that met our needs and expectations

Have new tires installed, only to drive out with the tire pressure sensor warning light on. Returned to dealership, waited 20 minutes to be told the vehicle came in with a bad sensor and it would be $300 for a new sensor because the tire needs to be removed and rebalanced....etc. I don't understand why the vehicle would be sent out that way without advising the customer first. The solution is to check tire pressure the old-fashioned way, turn off the warning light every time I get in the vehicle, and have it addressed the next time I come in. We will see if there's a next time.

I needed 4 new tires, an alignment, an oil change Paul Verducci was able to manage all of that in a day. I was very upset and he calmed me down and took care of everything. I bought a Chevy when it was time to replace my Nissan, as I knew he was in the service department. He has always provided excellent service over the years!

I got an email from Amber Lubbers reminding me that an oil change was due on my 2019 Equinox. I called her back and was able to make an appointment for the very next day. I arrived a little early for my appointment as was greeted by Patrick LePoudre, the service advisor. He wrote me up immediately and my car was taken to the service bay. I had time, so I looked at cars in the show room and was greeted by Eric Murphy, who took his time going over what vehicles would suit my needs, if I decided to trade in my current Equinox (he actually got it appraised while I was there). Although I did not buy at this time, I will certainly return to Eric when the time is right. I went back to the waiting room and enjoyed a free bag of potato chips (muchly appreciated) and in not time, Patrick came and got me as my car was ready early. It was waiting for me in the right up bay, all washed and ready to go. It was a very pleasant experience all around. Hats off to the Mike Savoie team!

I asked clear direct questions to understand the justification for the service required and if it was covered under warranty. My requests were not met until multiple asks and then the answers were incorrect.

When book an appointment one price for oil change, after service done other price and they stated you have to have coupon, but nothing says when you book an appointment. 5 year Maintenance for my newly acquired 2020 Silverado. All open items were reviewed and critical fluid replacements were completed. Service Advisor Paul V. provided great feedback and recommendations to help maintain my truck.

Every thing was corrected and the right hand display is back to functioning correctly. The whole process was great and the loaner vehicle was excellent and just like driving our Equinox. I came in for a oil change and transmission light I got charged for the diagnostic and 3 qts of oil I was told my car was fixed and owed 225.00 1 day later I got notification I had 7% oil life and need of a oil change. Do I need to say anymore!!! Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced

I believe her name is Ashley and she said she was new in the service department and really enjoyed working in the service area of the dealership. Received my car back with a new tire over inflated to 39 psi. The pressures on the other tires were not checked. My space saver spare and jack were not properly secured. Received my car back with a malfunction code that I did not have when I brought the car in. (B1446). DIC shows: Service Passive Start System. I have to use the key fob to unlock my vehicle. Drove car back to dealership immediately after leaving and seeing the warning. Told that it can be fixed under warranty. I am just wondering what did you do to my car to cause this problem so you can get paid for a warranty claim. I do not trust the process. You won’t see me again.

I went in for a standard oil change. When making the appointment I asked if I could use a coupon that I had, which they responded that I could. At the dealership they wouldn't let me use the coupon they had previously emailed. The coupon said it was $10 off oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. They told me that the brake inspection done during the GM multipoint inspection did not qualify for this coupon and it was a different brake inspection. The coupon did not specify this and had no stipulations or fine print. Craig, the service manager also gave me a hard time with honoring the price listed on their website, staying it was a coupon and you could not use more than one coupon together. Which again did not say on the coupon only one could be used. He was rude and advertised a false price with these coupons that they refused to accept. I would not have taken my car to this dealership had they been transparent on the actual price they were charging.

The work done eliminated all the issues I was having with the vehicle. They gave me a loaner for the few days that the vehicle was in your shop. The staff was very helpful and professional. Ashley was great and listened well and did her best to give us a good experience. I came in with 4 issues and 2 were resolved: a left rear tire issue, oil change, GPS not working, and a vibration sounding like you’re on rumble strips. Rear tire and oil resolved. A module is on back order for the GPS so will have to bring car back when it comes in. The repair person was not able to reproduce the vibration sound that we heard at certain speeds. It is an intermittent problem, so hard to reproduce. I don’t know that we could’ve gotten the vehicle to do it ourselves again, but will certainly document as much as we can what was happening or what speed or try to record the sound in the future. We just wanna make sure that our wheel isn’t gonna fall off or something.

I took in my equinox ev 2025 for tire rotation, tire check for recall and software updates that I was not allowed to do myself. I had an appointment for a week and turned it in at 10am and got a call at 4 pm to say it would not be ready the same day. That was unacceptable for the work needed.

My sales person person was excellent. I did have a small problem at my new lease delivery and he made sure it was handled well and coordinated with service . The heat controls were putting out Cold air from one side and Warm from the other when the system was in sync at the same temp. The service dept kept the vehicle and thankfully gave me a loaner while they looked into the problem. Some sort of HVAC actuators had to be reset. when I returned to pick it up there was still a problem but the Service person noticed that the car temperature reading of the outside air was not correct. He said sometimes the car has to be driven a bit to reset it. He drove the car around the block and the Temp reading gradually went back to normal. Everything was fine after that. Thankfully the service department at Mike Savoy Chevy were knowledgeable enough to handle the situation with efficiency and I did not have to leave the car for service for a second time. This is an excellent dealership. I have been with them for many years.

Very disappointing. We have two leased vehicles through this dealership. In for an oil change and asked to check a slow air leak. Was quoted $50 to check. Assumed it would be free as a courtesy. Most likely will not be back.

The price was higher than normal. It was 150 dollars. The price of oil change at Cadillac is 90 dollars.

I bought two new tires. It all went very smoothly. All good.

Quick to get me in for new tires before the winter weather hits. Even took the time to inform me of a found coolant leak preventing me of a shock down the road. Only reason for the 4 stars was I had to ASK/INFORM them of my still active CPO warranty (Expires in Dec & vehicle purchase through them) to cover the repair that they mentioned would cost $1100.00. Otherwise great service and staff!

Sandy, took over an hour to explain the features of my new Traverse. She also introduced me to your service people. Amazing customer service the best new buying experience I have ever had I am 75 years old. We are talking at least 15 new car purchases over the years. Sandy presented everything in a professional manner. This dealership has a gem in Sandy.

Disappointed came in for oil change at 13.850 miles was told I needed air filter and fuel additive I agreed but I don't think it was necessary also air filter light was at 71percent and reset and old oil sticker still on windshield and not replaced with new one I won't be back I hate salesman tactics like this

After scheduling an appointment for 9:00 am I waiter 2 hours for an oil change on a 4 cylinder car. The technician moved like he had cement boots on

Easy appointment scheduling, had to quickly reschedule to a slightly later time due to data delay between actual booking system and online system, but no worries. Service advisor was helpful and always kept me informed. At 60,000 miles, my Equinox was only due for an oil change + tire rotation but the advisor recommended a coolant flush and engine air filter replacement. Although this added a little more time to my stay, I was out in under 3 hours total. My car was also washed and left for me in the service write up area, which was very nice. I will come back here in the future.

My experience there was really good and with the advice of Salvatore Aiello my choice was even better.

I went in for low tire and found out I needed 4 new tire , she took me in to view the tire problems suggested all new tires and they had in stock. Said it would be a 1/2 hour to one hour. We agreed to go with new tires (and should have went to Costco) like I told the gal. I waited 1-3/4 hours asked about if finished - now not yet (said about another 15 minutes) I gave it 1/2 hour went back out and saw my bill. A gentlemen tried to help and could not get into computer another person said he needed to finish with another customer. I waited when he was finished 15 minutes later, told me the cost $1800.00. To my complete surprise. I was quoted 1349.00 + cost of alignment - (159.00) I expected around 1500.00 -1575.00. After my debate that i will not pay the 1800.00 ( how did they come to that?) also asked about using my chevy rewards he could not apply them $12.00 or so . I left in disgust he charged me $1673.00 and I asked if there is complementary rotation ( no one could tell me) - Costco does that. It started out okay, but Sydney should have came into the waiting room to let me know about the delay. How do you get to charge $24.95 for request to change the sensor you already charged me for the sensor and what are all of the parts charges, It will be difficult for me to trust Mike Savoie Chevrolet with the two vehicles that we purchased and have serviced with you. Customer Service and upfront pricing are extremely important. I going to suggest that your staff write down how long they said it would be, then check service dept (15 minutes prior to time to be completed) to see if on schedule, then inform customers about any obstacles, that may have happened. This could have been solved, if this was done and get the price correct.
